What we process and why

Enquiries
Name, company, email, phone and the content of your message, when you contact us. Purpose: responding to and scoping your project. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps. Handled in our CRM (HubSpot, EU hosting).
Site analytics
Aggregate usage data via Google Analytics 4, only if you consent in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent. IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising or profiling signals are enabled.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and applicable bookkeeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the shortest practical GA4 retention setting.

Recipients and transfers

We share personal data only with service providers acting as processors (analytics, CRM, email and hosting). Where a transfer outside the EU/EEA is involved, it relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights
