S01

EPCM that ends with a plant running, not a folder of drawings.

We take biobased, circular and energy-transition processes from concept through detail engineering, procurement, installation and start-up — green and brownfield, plus turnkey EPC for deeptech small-scale units. The team that writes the study is the team on site at the guarantee run.

What you get

Detail engineering package

PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, equipment specifications, layouts and 3D models, ATEX classification, HVAC and utility dimensioning, plus the documentation set needed for licensing and environmental permitting.

Procurement that survives contact with reality

Supplier comparisons, technical bid evaluation and contracting — including second-hand, repurposed and refurbished equipment routes, which is often how a first-of-kind line lands inside budget.

Site delivery

Construction and installation management for mechanical, electrical and automation works: interface control, site supervision, punch lists, safety and progress reporting against one project database.

Start-up to take-over

Water runs, performance and guarantee runs, operator training, process optimisation and handover — with contracted KPIs (yield, kWh/t, m³/t, CO₂e/t, OEE) tested at commissioning.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Basis of design

Lock the process, capacity, product spec and site constraints into a single basis of design that every discipline works from.

  2. 02

    Base & detail engineering

Model-based design across process, mechanical, E&I and infrastructure, with long-lead items specified early to protect the schedule.

  3. 03

    Procurement & contracting

Package the scope, compare suppliers on technical merit and lifecycle cost, and contract with clear performance obligations.

  4. 04

    Installation & construction management

One accountable site organisation coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical and automation contractors.

  5. 05

    Commissioning & ramp-up

Cold and wet commissioning, performance runs, measured ramp-up curve, then take-over and follow-up support.

  • Pharma-grade microcrystalline cellulose plant: €24M EPC, 10,000 t/a — feasibility to customer take-over by our team.
  • 400 t/d bagasse pulp and specialty paper mill: EPCM and consulting through FEL-3 readiness.
  • 40+ industrial projects delivered since 2015, including two WEF Global Lighthouse transformations.
  • Single-team continuity: the same project lead signs the FEL study and the guarantee-run report.

Client, site and product identifiers removed — most of our work is under NDA.

If your process works at pilot scale and the next step is a real plant, this is the scope we run — and the scope we stand behind at commissioning.
